San Antonio, TX, August 2025 – Gov2Biz Inc. is proud to announce the launch of the Lia Resilient Texan Program, a community-focused initiative designed to assist Texas cities and counties impacted by the July floods. Through this program, eligible local governments will receive free access to Lia, Gov2Biz’s AI-powered intelligent agent, to enhance citizen engagement and streamline recovery efforts.
Program Overview
The Lia Resilient Texan Program offers three months of complimentary access, including 1,000 credits, to eligible counties and municipalities. Lia is a 24/7 voice and chat assistant tailored for local governments, capable of:
- Handling citizen inquiries and emergency alerts
- Processing and routing 311 service requests
- Providing timely updates on recovery resources and FEMA information
This initiative aims to alleviate the burden on frontline staff, ensuring uninterrupted support for residents during critical recovery phases.
Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to 21 county governments and more than 75 municipalities located in these counties. The complete list of counties can be found here. These counties were declared as disaster designated areas by FEMA on Jul 6, 2025, due to the Texas severe storms and flooding in July.
Qualified local governments can apply to become a Resilience Partner by visiting the program’s official page by November 15, 2025.
