San Antonio, TX , April 2025 — Gov2Biz Inc. today announced the launch of a new Natural Language Search capability, available through Gov2Biz Copilot within its licensing and case management platforms. This feature allows agency employees to search for information using plain language questions, eliminating the need to navigate forms or menus.

What is Natural Language Search?

With this update, state agency users of Gov2Biz licensing and case management systems can look up information and retrieve records by simply typing or speaking queries in everyday language—for example: “Show me all open cases against ABC inc.” or “Give me the list of active licenses in Denver?”

Natural language search is a paradigm shift in the way government employees get access to information,” said Chandra Kandukuri, CTO of Gov2Biz Inc. “It reduces clicks, puts accurate information in front of them.”

The capability can now be added by all customers using Gov2Biz licensing and case management products, and is fully integrated with agency-specific permissions and data access controls. No agency data is used to train external AI models.

This feature is part of the broader Gov2Biz.AI initiative, which focuses on deploying AI-powered tools that are secure, practical, and tailored to public-sector operations.
